The Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance of Central New York (CNY AFWA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students and professionals while supporting the next generation of leaders in the financial industry. Our chapter raises funds throughout the year to award scholarships each October to outstanding college students majoring in accounting or finance. Scholarship recipients are selected based on academic achievement, leadership, character, communication skills, and financial need.
